The Awakened Enneagram explores the spiritual dimension of these wisdom teachings and their connection to our day-to-day lives.
I (Keith Heller) have been studying the Enneagram for over thirty years, benefiting from the teachings in my self-understanding, relationships, business and spiritual life. I’ve been a student of Buddhism, the non-dual Zen tradition in particular, for over thirty-five years and now am married to a teacher in the non-dual Advaita Vedanta tradition of India. In addition, I am a certified Interfaith Spiritual Director, spent seven years in the Diamond Approach school and am an ongoing student of mystical Christianity. I founded and managed a mid-sized consulting firm for twenty-five years where we used the Enneagram internally to support better working relationships. All of this informs how I approach the Enneagram teachings, particularly the Holy Ideas and their attendant spiritual insights.
I work with individuals and small groups as a spiritual counsellor and teacher, referencing the wisdom of the Enneagram and other traditions I’ve been part of to support personal development and transcending spiritual growth. I truly enjoy exploring the wisdom of the Enneagram with people as they open to greater peace, enjoyment, and freedom in living.
